Dear Parents

Thanks to all of you who signed up to fill a role for this meet.  See below for the roles and assignees.  You will also be able to see your role in the Swimtopia App.

If you will not be able to volunteer for this meet, please let me know by Monday evening. Every role is critical and even a single no-show will impact our ability to run the meet smoothly.  We had to make last minute changes during Blue and White meet which we'd like to avoid. 

This week we'll have a visiting team and so there will be more people at the pool deck compared to last week.  A friendly reminder to all parents, please refrain from congregating around the start line. More people in this area makes Clerk of Course's and Scorer's jobs more difficult and we end up running behind schedule.  Please stay towards the back edges of the pool behind the yellow string.  

Volunteers must plan to stay for the entire meet. If you need to step out, please find me or one of the board members to help you out.

We will do a pre-meet volunteer huddle ~5:30 pm after warmup starts on Tuesday. Please join so you have the up to date information for the meet.
