Dear Parents

Please check your Swimtopia App to confirm your roles.  I've also included a summary below.  For this meet, I only had to make couple changes for the positions that did not have any signups.  So, a big thank you! 

I need help from couple people for Swimmer & Volunteer Check-in.  I did not draft anyone for this role yet.  If you can be at Crooked Creek by 5 pm and help, please let me know.   

Important: If you will NOT be able to volunteer for this meet, please let me know by Monday evening. Every role is critical and even a single no-show will impact our ability to run the meet smoothly. 

As you know, this is an away meet.  The address for the pool is 5729 Brushy Meadows Drive, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526. It will take ~45 mins from our neighborhood.  We need all our swimmers checked in and be ready for warm up by 5:30 pm.  So plan accordingly.
