UPDATED Times for Session 3 TSA Meet
TSA Session 3 Participants,
I apologize for multiple emails today, but the meet schedule times have already been adjusted since the email I sent earlier today. Please refer to this updated email with corrections below.
In addition to these updated times (at the bottom of this email), it is important to share that there are still many volunteer positions that need to be filled for Session 3 of the TSA meet. I’ve listed the open positions and included a summary of the roles in case you were hesitant to sign up because you weren’t sure if you were equipped to fulfill the responsibilities.

Meet Marshall: Assist with monitoring the pool deck and stans. Verify that anyone on deck has the appropriate wristband.
Team Entrance Door: Monitor pool door (must be available 1 hour prior to session)
Timers: Manually record swimmers’ times in each lane, ensuring accurate and fair results in case electronic timing fails.
Hospitality: Keeps coaches, officials, and meet staff fed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the event.

You are receiving this email because you have a child scheduled to participate in SESSION 3 (Ages 11 & 12) at the TSA Championship Meet this Sunday.

TSA Championship Waiver - July 20, 2025
Note: This was due by July 16, so please do not wait any longer. - Location: Triangle Aquatic Center, 275 Convention Drive, Cary, NC 2751
- Timing: (all times are estimated based on scheduled end time of session 2)
- Division Winners (that’s us) will be announced between Sessions 2 and 3. Teams that won their division can come on the pool deck with their coach at this time to accept their trophy. [Session 2 is estimated to end at 1:41 so this overlaps with time session 3 swimmers will already be on deck]
- “Doors open” for session 3 at 1:30 pm and the 11-12 group is allowed to enter the facility by themselves when their session doors open and should look for our team location on deck.
- Volunteer check-in is 1:30 pm (if you are signed up for a session 3 volunteer shift)
- Warm-ups are scheduled to begin at 1:45 pm
- The first event is scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm
- We must clear the deck immediately after the session so please arrange to meet your swimmer OUTSIDE the front door at the end of the session (Estimated end time is 4:57 pm)
- Escorts/Coaches:
- Coach Emory will be on deck for all sessions to assist swimmers and other coaches will be there throughout the sessions as well.
- Vinod Rajasekaran will also be on deck during session 3 to provide support.
- Parents/spectators are not allowed on deck.
- What to Bring:
- Towel
- Goggles (and a spare if you have them)
- Swim Cap
- Drinks (Water / Gatorade)
- Snacks / Light food
- Chair (Seating on deck is limited so please send your swimmer with a chair or towel to sit on the deck)
- Phone / iPad with headphones
- Portable charger / charger cable
- Anything else to keep them entertained and not running around
