TSA Session 4 Participants,

Apologies for multiple emails today, but we have a couple things to add…

DIVISION WINNERS: Division Winners (that’s us) will be announced between Sessions 2 and 3. Teams that won their division can come on the pool deck with their coach at this time to accept their trophy. Session 2 is estimated to end at 1:41 if your swimmer would like to come early for this but they will need to clear the pool deck after the recognition until it’s time to return for their session.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

There are still many volunteer positions that need to be filled for Session 4 of the TSA meet. I’ve listed the open positions and included a summary of the roles in case you were hesitant to sign up because you weren’t sure if you were equipped to fulfill the responsibilities.

Meet Marshall: Assist with monitoring the pool deck and stans. Verify that anyone on deck has the appropriate wristband.

Timers: Manually record swimmers’ times in each lane, ensuring accurate and fair results in case electronic timing fails.

Hospitality: Keeps coaches, officials, and meet staff fed, hydrated, and comfortable throughout the event.
