Hi Killer Whales families,

If this is your first summer with the Killer Whales, you may be wondering:

"What is the TSA Championship Meet?"

Or maybe you've heard it's only for the fastest swimmers.

It's not!

The TSA Championship Meet is our league's end-of-season championship meet, and every Killer Whale is invited to participate. It's one last opportunity for swimmers to race, celebrate how much they've improved this season, and enjoy a fun day with teammates from across the league.

Whether your swimmer is chasing a personal best or simply wants one more meet before the season ends, we'd love to see them there.

Registration Deadline

Please register by Friday, July 4 at 11:59 PM.

To register:

1. Log into SwimTopia.
2. Go to Meets & Events.
3. Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar"
4. Select the 2026 TSA Championship meet.
5. Mark your swimmer as Attending.
6. Click Save.

Important Information

Please only register if your swimmer plans to attend.

We are covering the cost of all swimmer registration. However, once registration closes, the team is charged for each swimmer's events. If a swimmer registers and does not attend without notifying us, a $20 no-show fee will be assessed.

This fee isn't meant to discourage participation. It simply helps cover costs the team has already incurred and allows us to build relay teams with confidence. When one swimmer is unexpectedly absent, the other relay swimmers may lose the opportunity to compete.

6 & Under swimmers will swim the full 25-yard length of the pool.
Unlike our regular dual meets, where our youngest swimmers race 15 yards, the TSA Championship Meet follows league championship rules. All 6 & Under swimmers swim the full 25-yard length of the pool. It's a fun milestone, and we'll all be cheering them on!
Liability Waiver Required
Every participating swimmer must complete the TSA liability waiver before the meet.

Session Information

All swimmers register through the same TSA Championship Meet signup.
The meet is divided into four sessions by age group:

• Session 1: 6 & Under and 7-8
• Session 2: 9-10
• Session 3: 11-12
• Session 4: 13-14 and 15-18

Final session times will be announced after registration closes on July 13, once the league knows how many swimmers are participating.

For planning purposes, we've included last year's approximate schedule on the attached flyer.

Please look at the session for your swimmer's age group to get a general idea of when they'll arrive and compete. This year's schedule may vary based on the number of entries

Volunteers Needed

The TSA Championship Meet is entirely volunteer-run.

Families with registered swimmers will receive a SignUpGenius link after registration closes.
