I hope you had a wonderful Fourth of July weekend! We are back on home turf this week and next. Below are the preliminary volunteer assignments for this week's meet.

Please review your assigned role carefully. If you are unable to fulfill your assigned role, please reach out to me by Monday 5:00 PM.

Thank you to the families where both parents have volunteered. While only one parent volunteer is required per family, many families have generously offered support from both parents, and we truly appreciate the extra help! 

As Megha noted in her earlier communications, families who are unable to volunteer or who miss their assigned shift may be assessed a $30 fee. It takes the collective effort of all volunteers to run the swim meets smoothly, so please review your assignment and let me know as soon as possible if any changes are needed.
